We are looking for an experienced LDC Adopt Manager – Logistics & Warehouse Operations to support the deployment and operational readiness of SAP S/4HANA–based logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning processes across multiple global manufacturing sites.

In this key role, you will ensure alignment between business needs and the global solution design while leading local adoption activities, knowledge transfer, and risk management initiatives. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, business readiness, and successful system go-lives — contributing directly to the transformation of data and digital capabilities into strategic business assets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute Business Readiness Assessments and Fit-to-Confirm (F2C) workshops in collaboration with the Core Team.
  • Liaise with other functions to ensure alignment on integrated topics across logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Perform Adopt Enablement and Risk Management activities at global and local levels, partnering with ERC to proactively mitigate evolving risks.
  • Lead Change Management initiatives, including Change Impact Assessments, Training Needs Assessments, and communication efforts to support successful go-lives.
  • Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for all releases.
  • Facilitate super user and end-user training to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Oversee the business ramp-up phase, ensuring smooth transition and alignment with cutover and operational readiness plans.
  • Drive effective hypercare support, ensuring timely issue resolution, including defect handling and stabilization challenges.

Profile

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA deployments related to logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of adoption processes, change management, and business readiness within global transformation programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across diverse teams and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a hands-on approach to managing complex operational activities.
  • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Flexible to operate in multiple time zones (CET, Turkey, India) and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Location: Remote (minimal on-site presence in Slovenia, Czech Republic, India, and Turkey)
  • Project Duration: 1 year, with potential extension through 2027–2028
  • Time Zone: Mainly CET, with flexibility to cover Turkey and India
