SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.
You will drive the organizational development and actively support the growth and management of our human capital over the coming 2 years (temporary position). For this role we offer a hybrid working model (SIX office / home office).
**What You Will Do**:
- continuously review organizational structure and identify required changes to succeed on strategy execution and commercial success
- develop and maintain hiring/sourcing strategy
- support organization in identifying capacity and capability gaps, and develop appropriate mitigation plans
- support organization in identifying training and staff development needs and actively support line managers in evaluating options
- establish and oversee recruiting KPIs and support remediation of issues
- closely and regularly align with BXS HR Business Partner and SIX HR* and with Marketing and Enterprise agility
**What You Bring**:
- master or equivalent education in organizational development, or business administration preferred
- additional experience in Human Resources Administration would be an advantage
- a minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist
- extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
- exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in German and English
