As Upstream Process Lead, you lead the governance and strategy of the Upstream Network, a logistics-centric community made of the Global E2E Upstream Logistics team and logistics colleagues across all manufacturing sites of the Global Healthcare Operations (GHO) organization.

By owning the network governance and processes, you act as designer of the Upstream Network operating model, enabling effective decision making and driving superior performances across the logistics network and fostering harmonization and standardization.

Reporting to the Head of Upstream Logistics you will work in tandem with the Upstream Operations Lead and the 20 SPOCs in the manufacturing sites, with the objective of advancing the network and strengthening the contribution of the Upstream team to Global E2E Logistics and sites organizations.

**Your role**
- Define and evolve the governance of the Upstream network
- Support the strategy definition, vision and ambition of the Upstream team
- Shape GE2EL Upstream objectives, as well as Upstream Network objectives, including budget definition
- Translate the objectives into actionable roadmaps
- Design and maintain the performance management of the Upstream network
- Own and structure the Upstream projects glidepath and lead key projects of the Upstream team
- Translate global measures into actionable network initiatives
- Drive the harmonization and standardization of logistics processes
- Strongly connect with the other functions of GE2EL, especially CAL, to ensure excellent governance and project’s practices
- Promote Upstream projects to the rest of GE2EL, Global SNO / GHO PMOs and governance structures

**Who you are**
- Master’s degrees in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other relevant field
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and/or Project Management education and training an advantage.
- Extensive experience in supply chain operations (5+ years)
- Experience in multinational companies and multicultural environment
- Proven track record of leading and influencing in a complex matrix organization
- Excellent project management skills, change management as an asset
- Highly developed strategic thinking and financial acumen
- Proven experience in building and implementing successful strategies and driving process’ improvement projects
- Problem solving with keen analytical skills

Locations for this role: Eysins (CH) or Darmstadt (GER).
