**TEAM LEADER, FORMULATION AND FILL**

AliveDx is seeking a Team Leader, Formulation and Fill to join our Manufacturing Operations Function based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a full-time and permanent position.

**YOUR MISSION**

As the Team Leader, Formulation and Fill, you will oversee the production of biological reagents for the MosaiQ Manufacturing System. Reporting directly to the Chief Manufacturing Operation Officer, you will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance and foster continuous improvement across Formulation and Fill processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:
**Lead and Optimize Operations**:

- Manage daily formulation and filling activities in a cleanroom setting, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards.
- Ensure qualifications, validations, process development, and troubleshooting activities as outlined in protocols.
- Adhere to and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Implement initiatives to improve quality, productivity and capacity, while delivering excellent service to the broader production team
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to optimize formulation accuracy, fill reliability and product quality.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Safety guidelines.
- Support investigations into deviation and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal and external audits.

**Team Leadership and cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Build, lead, and develop a small team of high-performing team of Formulation and Fill specialists.
- Collaborate with other Manufacturing Team Leaders to ensure seamless production planning execution.

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, biotechnology or biochemistry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical or medical devices with expertise in bioprocess optimization or technology transfer
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in formulation, filing or similar processes.
- Proficiency in automation systems for formulation and filling operations
- Hands-on experience in deploying lean manufacturing tools and executing productivity improvement projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Effective time management and a result-driven approach, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
- Fluent in both English and French.
