In unseren Filialen versorgen wir täglich hunderte Kundinnen und Kunden mit neu bestellter Ware. Wir beraten über die einzelnen Produkte oder betreuen bei der Retournierung ihrer Bestellungen aus verschiedenen Gründen. Wir sind über die ganze Schweiz mit Shops vertreten, erfahre jetzt mehr über unsere Shops.

Für unseren Shop Zürich suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine tatkräftige, flexible und engagierte Fachkraft.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest eine stets professionelle Kunden
- und Serviceabwicklung in unserem Store
- Du berätst unsere Kundschaft beim Kauf unserer Produkte oder hilfst ihnen in unseren Onlineshops die beste Lösung zu finden
- Zudem bist du für die Erfassung von Bestellungen und die Bearbeitung der Kunderetouren verantwortlich
- Des Weiteren unterstützt du das Team in sämtlichen, anfallenden Aufgaben im Shop wie dem Auffüllen der Warenlagerregale, in der Pflege des Show-Rooms und im Abwickeln des täglichen Warentransfers

**Anforderungen**:

- Du bringst ein fundiertes und breites Produktwissen sowie Affinität im Bereich E-Commerce mit
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf mit
- Du verfügst über ein grosses Interesse an unserem Produktsortiment, bist flexibel, motiviert und bringst ein hohes Grad an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Zuvorkommender und professioneller Umgang mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden in fliessendem Deutsch und Englisch sind Voraussetzung, Französisch ist von Vorteil
