**Was du bewegst**:

Führung & Steuerung des sich in der Transformation befindenden Agenturökosystems inkl. Aufbau einer ‘Inhouse-Agentur’ sowie Schaffung einer Kultur der Kreativität und Ideen, die das Business treiben
Strategisches Partnermanagement: Aufbau übergreifender Partnerschaften & Partnerintegration, Zugang zu neuen Technologien - z.B. Metaverse, Entwicklung neuer Business-Opportunities, etc.
Aufbau & Steuerung externer Kommunikation: Strategie und Redaktionsplanung für PR- und Corp. Comms-Zwecke, Zusammenarbeit mit der Kommunikationsagentur sowie die Analyse der PR/Kommunikationswirkung
Aufbau unserer übergreifenden Marke ‘Migros Fachmarkt’ als B2B und Employer Brand inkl. Kooperationen, Kommunikation und möglicher Markenneuentwicklungen bzw. neuer Geschäftsfelder
Führung des übergreifenden Media Excellence Teams, welches die Steuerung der Mediastrategie, den Mediaeinkauf und die Planung 360 Grad verantwortet

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)**:

im Bereich BWL / Wirtschaftswissenschaften

**+12 Jahre Berufserfahrung**:

in einer leitenden Funktion

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:
**Französisch (gute Kenntnisse)**:

Erfahrung im erfolgreichen Aufbau & der Führung von Teams ins Matrixstrukturen
Ganzheitliches Marketingverständnis im Sinne der modernen Markenführung, welches nicht bei der klassischen Marketingkommunikation endet
Leidenschaft für Transformation, die Entwicklung innovativer und kundenzentrierter Konzepte und Geschäftsmodelle sowie Storytelling und agile Arbeitsweisen
