Tasks
- Develop and work on strategic projects.
- Prepare strategic presentations for shareholders, investors and partners.
- Conceptualize internal communication measures.
- Provide 360° executive support in shaping the operative day-to-day agenda.
- Book appointments and travel.m as a fully integrated member.
- Support the founder and CEO in his daily business as well as the strategy process.

**What you will not do**:

- Making coffee for others.
- Book appointments and travels.
- Manage the printer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business-related studies with outstanding grades.
- Experience in Management Consulting or similar jobs.
- Excellent language skills in English and German.
- Strong communication skills and affinity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines.
- Open, proactive and creative mindset.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to closely contribute to a highly motivated team.
