**Job Summary**:
To assists dealers in achieving rental operational excellence for dealerships. By conducting detailed analyses of dealer rental operations and making appropriate recommendations, this position has a direct impact on dealer profitability.

**What you will do**:

- Execute REP training as needed by Cat dealers and Caterpillar personnel.
- Support communication of pay for performance programs for assigned Territory.
- Administrate REP assessment reporting for dealer and Cat personnel for assigned Territory.
- Drive integration of Rental, Used and New to satisfy customer demand and maximize population growth.
- Improve dealer rental fleet integrity and growth based on profitability.

This role impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, Process Quality, Profitability, etc. The position works to develop innovative Processes or methods to best use resources or technology in meeting the quality goals.

**What you have**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- University Degree or equivalent experience (Marketing, Management or Engineering degree as preferred).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in rental operations and rental industry.
- Good human relations skills to develop a cooperative work relationship.
- Ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English language.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Project Management skills confirmed by certificate.
- Knowledge of other European language.

**Additional Information**:
The travel requirement of this job will be at least 25%. Occasionally may reach 50% of work time.
