**24-month rotational program in Switzerland & France**

You dream of joining a growing industry where excellence and savoir-faire are the core of business strategy. You would like to discover a variety of functions thanks to frequent job rotations; and you want to put into practice the skills recently acquired at engineering school and participate in demanding and exciting assignments.

**What does this program consist of?**

This new developmental program is for recently graduated engineers who want to build a thorough understanding of a growing and transforming industry. During an 18-24 month program, you will complete several tailored rotations of 6 months within our Manufacturing, Operations and Corporate teams. The rotations will provide you with valuable perspective on operational management and leadership in a global luxury company.

The rotations will take place at our sites in Switzerland (Geneva, la Chaux de Fonds, Villars sur Glâne, Le Locle) and in France (Paris). You will be immersed in different environments, such as our jewelry and watchmaking manufacturing, supply-chain operations as well as our business management activities. Together, these rotations will constitute a solid foundation for a career at Cartier.

You will experience a variety of engineering assignments working on challenging projects and developing key skills. You will especially strengthen your analytical and critical thinking, project management & leadership skills and your business & digital acumen. Additionally, you will be assigned a mentor from our top management who will provide guidance and coaching throughout the program.

Thanks to the skills you bring and those you develop, you’ll be able to make an immediate contribution to the business while building a global network of relationships that will support your career, both now and long into the future.

Upon completing the program, our teams will support you in exploring suitable permanent positions within our organization. According to your profile and aspirations, you will take a role in our Manufacturing, Operations or Corporate functions and keep on developing your career at Cartier.

**What profiles are we looking for?**

You will need to be geographically mobile across Switzerland and France during the program. You are fluent in French and English.
