**In this role**:
As a Digital Transformation Consultant your role will be to:

- Understand client needs and develop effective support approaches
- Model processes, activities, operational models and make diagnoses (performance, satisfaction, sources of inefficiencies)
- Develop recommendations and propose innovative technological solutions taking into account stakeholder needs, culture and customer context
- Draw the trajectories of evolution and manage their implementation
- Define and implement change management strategies to support clients in the appropriation of these transformations
- Supervise missions/projects and teams in complete autonomy

**About your profile**:
You have proven experience, ideally in a consulting firm and you master these skills:

- Project management (Certified with PMP, HERMES, Agile/Scrum or SAFe)
- Operational excellence (Lean 6 sigma Green certification a big plus)
- Mapping and optimization of processes and organizational models (BPMN, business model canvas, Robotic Process Automation)
- Change management
- You know one or more internal functions of a company (Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, Marketing / Sales, IT, Strategy etc.) and you master the challenges of one or more major industries (Health, Energy, Luxury, Public Sector, NGOs etc.).
