Lonza in Visp is looking for a Head of SI Excellence (m/w/d). In this role, you will lead, organize and implement the overall alignment and efficiency program, from start to finish. You will manage senior stakeholders, lead a team and define together with the Site Leadership Team in Visp, program goals and the transformation roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

- Delivering a program portfolio of Site Infrastructure improvement initiatives, that delivers 2-3% efficiency per year in line with business needs.
- Together with EC representatives and the SLT Visp define priorities and improvements as well as implementation milestones.
- Assure alignment and drive synergies with local programs & initiatives.
- Establish & own SI Excellence standards (e.g. SOPs, SLAs,...)
- Challenge and coach stakeholders in SI Management Team to deliver optimal outcomes and results in line with industry benchmarks.
- Connect with external peers in industry to derive benchmarks and best practices.
- Assure alignment on overall objectives across stakeholders in various functions and across various levels.
- Understand existing data sources in relation to current delivered services.
- Lead and establish overall program KPI tracking.

Key requirements:

- Higher Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or Finance
- Fluent in English and German
- A minimum of a 10-year experience in the field of Program Management
- Team lead experience with direct reports and project reports
- Track record in execution of complex transformation projects in similar environments
- Strong understanding of service organizations and service delivery management
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and political savviness
- PMP/Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma Qualification (Green/Black Belt) preferred
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated strong communication skills across multiple levels of a multinational organization
- Strong time management skills and the ability to address a complex program at various stages
