- Coordination and implementation of operational excellence projects (in areas such as occupational safety, production, supply chain, quality, engineering, planning...) - Further development and coaching of effective meetings at all levels - Contribute to the strengthening of our Operational Excellence culture in Visp - Supporting Operational Excellence workshops in Operations - Support digital initiatives

**Erfahrung**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, process engineering, mechanical engineering. - Passion for continuous improvement and cultural change - Strong project management skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working - Personal initiative and high conceptual thinking ability - Cooperative team player - Excellent communication skills (English & German)

Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Management, Mechanical Engineering.
