At our site in Visp we are currently looking for a QQuality Operational Excellence Leader (M/F/d)) who will become part of our Quality team. The Quality Operational Excellence Leader (M/F/d)will drive operational excellence at its best and contribute as a strong influential LEAN leader within a matrix organization to support our Quality organization on its way to best in class performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Establish a Quality OE CoE and PMO structure supporting the standardization, simplification and digitalization of our key quality processes
- Support to create a culture of continuous improvement and ideation within QA and QC
- Actively lead changes to the organization for people, culture and technical aspects in close collaboration with Sites QA and QC leaders
- Drive process standardization and efficiency in line with Lonzas LEAN standards
- Responsible for the implementation of Lean Lab program on site
- Track Quality performance of Visp Site (Right First time rate, Deviations, OTIF/OTBA, QC/QA Release times,...) and trigger necessary actions to achieve targets
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure to achieve the project goals within given timelines
- Share best practice within the Visp Site as well as with the wider Lonza Pharma network

Key requirements:

- BSc/MSc in a scientific area
- German fluent, English B2/C1 level
- GMP experience required
- Hands-on QC lab experience beneficial
- Green belt must & Black belt preferred
