Are you passionate about driving operational improvements and achieving excellence? Join our team in Visp as an **Operational Excellence Manager (CCPM)**, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and improving productivity in Small/Mid Scale Operations and Development Services.

**Your Role**

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure their successful implementation. As a key contributor for implementing Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) as part of the divisional program you will drive improvement of schedule adherence and reduction of lost production time in Small/Mid Scale Operations and Development Services in Visp

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Process Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze business processes along the value stream, identify improvement opportunities and create ideal processes for the product lifecycle
- Develop and implement Critical Chain Project Management from the perspective of Theory of Constraints for Small/Midscale Manufacturing & Development Services and relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain the ideal business process in a suitable management tool
- ** Cross-Functional Coordination and Reporting**:

- Identify or define gates in the business processes to cross-validate the customer requirements as well as synchronize internal stakeholders at each stage and develop or adjust tools to enable implementation
- Collaborate with teams across Visp, Nansha, Bend, and Tampa to ensure seamless system implementation and provide regular updates to senior management
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Proactively address identified gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Measure effectiveness of actions taken, derive specific measures and realize corrective actions if necessary

**What You Bring**
- ** Education and Certifications**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field (PhD or MSc preferred)
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage
- ** Skills and Experience**:

- Fluency in German and English (business level)
- Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and delivering results under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to leveraging data for decision-making
- Knowledge of Operation Excellence methods and tools such as value stream mapping, Theory of Constraints, PDCA etc.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical standards is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to thrive in a matrix organization
