**Responsibilities**:
Take control of strategic and operative processes
Ensure quality KPIs are continuously improved
Look after the development and implementation of solutions for process optimization
Supervise and participate in internal audits
**Requirements**:
10 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance
Great knowledge of national and international guidelines for pharmaceuticals
Fluent in German and English
Excellent analytical skills for assessing complex issues
