We’re looking for a passionate individual to support our international family of health & beauty retailers in Europe and Asia, including brands such as Superdrug, Kruidvat, ICI Paris XL, Marionnaud and More.

In this position, you’ll be supporting the International Partnerships Team in driving Data partnership across multiple markets in Europe and Asia. You will be responsible for WINsight, our Data Sharing portal already used by many partners globally. Your focus will include leading the commercial roadmap, managing future releases, and supporting the “Day to Day” execution. A typical day in this role includes:

- Developing successful relationships with Business Units (E.g., Training sessions, Point of contact for all queries about WINsight).
- Working closely with internal functions (Big Data, Group IT,.) to ensure SLA and develop WINsight’s roadmap.
- Manage WINsight’s future release and product pipeline of new features including setting the right priorities together with the global Development Team.
- Responsible for customer communications and conflict resolution related to WINsight, and act as escalation point for any topic related to WINsight.
- Coordinate communication across the Group functions, support meetings and conference calls.
- Administration duties including - contract filing, maintenance KPIs tracker, assistance in drafting and formatting documents and presentations.
- Support in ad-hoc administrative assignments or projects.

This role would be a good fit for you if you:

- Have prior experience working in FMCG or in a Software Organisation with data partnership, data monetization, project management or other related areas.
- Are a university graduate or equivalent with commercial/financial background and strong analytical skills. We will require a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-graduate job experience.
- Are experienced with Project Management skills.
- Have the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
