Key responsibilities:

- Act as a business legal partner with internal clients of the company and JV partners
- Advise, draft, negotiate, review, revise and analyze contracts relating to procurement of products and services by the company, in particular in the field of IT, HR and outsourcing of services
- Provide upon request legal support for our Joint Ventures
- Support the legal team in the preparation of the annual report, the sustainability report and non-financial reporting (Art 964b OR)
- Advise on privacy related matters
- Researches and answer inquiries regarding contract rights and obligations, privacy rights, corporate matters and other legal matters
- Provide support for projects directed by the General Counsel Corporate

Key requirements:

- Law degree and bar membership, preferably Swiss bar
- Previous years of experience in practicing law
- ** Solid experience negotiating and drafting complex procurement agreements**:

- Business fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws
- Ability to interact with management
- Team player
