For our client, a Swiss bank based near Lausanne, we are looking for a:
**Human Resources Project Leader**

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the top management of the bank, you will:

- Propose changes and/or adaptations of the bank's Human Resources policies by constantly carrying out a needs analysis and ensuring a permanent watch of the evolution of the HR field.
- Pilot, coordinate and manage projects relating to the HR Strategy and other HR projects and translate them into HR policies.
- Participate in cross-functional bank projects with strong implications on aspects of Human Resources management, ensuring compliance with HR values and proposing any measure facilitating change.
- Establish the reporting needed to manage the overall banking strategic plan and by business line, make it available to business partners and support them in its development and monitoring.
- Adapt, update and manage the staff engagement/satisfaction measurement survey by analyzing the relevance of the existing tool; control the quality of final documents and establish monitoring tools and reports to higher authorities.
- Determine the standard reporting elements necessary for the management of Human Resources intended for the bodies, the line and the HR entities.

Your profile:

- Proven experience as a Project Leader in an HR consulting environment (a big 4 or a consulting firm such as Bearing point, BCG, McKinsey) etc.
- Good knowledge of the HR world OR strong interest in HR matters: talent management, employer branding, compensation process, business attractiveness etc.
- Ideally, you have experience in workforce transformation/human capital projects and you know how to support change at company’s scale.
- Conceptual capacities, systemic vision and analytical and structured mind.
- Open-mindedness, curiosity.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and adaptability.
- Work strength and resistance to stress.
- French and English proficiency.
