**Digital Pattern Maker (only remote / remote freelancer) (d/f/m)**: In this challenging role setup in our Digital Development HUB in Porto, Portugal you will support our brand teams of the international fashion brands JOOP, Strellson and Windsor. (women
- and menswear) in innovative digital product development. Close collaboration with our experienced digital team and different brand product departments is part of your daily tasks, as well as creative work in 3D development with focus on digital pattern making. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented 3D pattern maker with experience in CLO 3D technology to join our team. As a Digital CLO 3D Technician / Pattern Maker, you will play a key role in improving the overall fit and aesthetic of Proto samples, reducing the number of samples being made, and increasing the speed to market. You will have a passion for developing technically sound garments with fabulous fits, specializing in tailoring and draping that caters to the brands' requirements. You will be an out-of-the-box thinker who can collaborate with the existing teams, vendors, and across all levels of the organization.

Your tasks:

- Work closely with the design-, technical design and pattern making team of our brands to create and adjust patterns in digital CLO 3D software
- Read and adjust tech pack for digital sample making, conduct fits, and give virtual adjustments on CLO until the fit is approved for production
- Create a 3D CLO file after receiving the 2D pattern (.DXF file) and ensure to check main measurement, and shape on 2D pattern are possible based on HFG standards.
- Ensure all pattern revisions are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Positive approach towards improvement in work & accept the challenge of work for our company goal
- Open to learning new software as per need
- Conduct regular store visits to check product quality and fit

Required experience and skills:

- Must be a college graduate related to the garment/têxtile industry.
- Excellent 3D skills in CLO
- Browzwear/Vsticher knowledge is a plus
- Must be experienced in patterns making in Optitex / Gerber/Lectra software
- Good in English both speaking and writing.
- Able to speak Portuguese is a plus
- Must be technically good with fits and measurements
- Be able to solve technical problems independently
