**What You’ll Do**
- Engage promptly with individuals who request information about our wellbeing and learning programs.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand each person’s growth goals, challenges, and readiness.
- Mentor individuals who are ready to begin their transformational journey, guiding them toward the right learning opportunities.
- Assess suitability for our premium programs within the wellbeing and transformation sector.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that attract purpose-driven learners and drive program enrollments.
- Lead content and storytelling initiatives to build community and inspire engagement.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM and provide insights to optimize processes.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Ambitious, independent professionals who thrive in performance-based roles and are motivated by high earning potential.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, or consultative sales (experience in wellbeing, coaching, or education is a plus).
