Key responsibilities
- Management of marketing technology projects_- Utilize project management skills to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently.-
- Run workshops for new initiatives, developing the project from insights gathering, scoping of requirements, until final implementation.- Design project plans and present to key senior stakeholders and leadership for project sign off and budget sponsoring.- Set up cross-functional collaboration streams to coordinate with various functions from the Global Communication Group and internal technology teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Serve as the marketing technology champion to identify issues and areas for improvement, as well as recommending solutions and proactively contributing to the team’s roadmap.
- Analytics_ Manage the emergency communications protocols and setup- Preferred requirements and experience- Advanced university degree in business, computer information systems, digital marketing or similar field- 5 years experience in digital marketing, including setting up Automations / Journey Building / Trigger Sends / Mobile Push/ AB testing Campaigns- Proven experience as a Salesforce and Marketing Cloud developer including Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) with certifications-
- Strong track record in audience and data segmentation based on complex and large CRM environment.-
- Ability to work with industry leading analytical tools with a required proficiency in GA4, Tableau, DataCloud etc- Strong analytics skills with experience in performance marketing and contextualizing analytical reports
