What’s the scope?
- Input and maintain CRM data with attention to detail.
- Support in the management and execution of Loyalty/CRM programs where required.
- Participate in performance reporting and support A/B testing analysis.

Skills for Success:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, e‑commerce, or related field.
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms) and eagerness to learn more.
- Interest in e‑commerce and digital marketing, with a creative mindset.
- Analytical ability to work with data (Excel, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
