Through technology, we offer our customers a unique convenience and competitive edge by delivering better investing and trading tools.

We are looking for a **Social Media Manger **to join our Marketing department
- Work with the Head of Communications and external writers to implement the editorial calendar of the bank.
- Understand and work to achieve the strategic objectives, and communicate around messages/position cases, reports, and projects as needed.
- Manage the creation of high-quality digital assets and content, according to the product, corporate or seasonal campaigns planned by the digital team.
- Plan the daily publications on the different social networks and be responsible for the publication process.
- Brainstorm and implement creative social media strategies to build significant growth and engagement.
- Drive and measure performance on social media, press, and influencer activity.
- Develop weekly and monthly recaps of learnings and results; generating and understanding reporting with the ability to read data and turn it into useful insights.
- Work closely with the design team to develop unique creative ideas for videos and images that reflect the FlowBank brand.
- Manage company Intranet by working with other departments as needed to maintain, develop and improve content and UX.
- Keep an eye on the pulse of the media landscape and the latest social trends to identify and bring reactive opportunities on any type of communication channel.
- Management of external agency partners as needed.
- Participate in external and internal events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in driving engagement and brand affinity through social media
- Strong understanding of social KPIs and ability to analyze and provide insight into activity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to create, schedule and post campaigns on social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Strong editorial sensibilities, from setting the tone to having great taste when it comes to ensuring content is on-brand and strategic.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver joined-up campaigns.
- A natural communicator - confident in presenting social campaigns and activities to different parts of the business.
- Outside-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative & thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable organization skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Have a solid understanding of the financial services industry: online banking, investing, and trading services is a big plus
- Native English mandatory, any other language is a plus.
