The gTech Google Assistant team enables partners and developers to create delightful assistive experiences on Google Assistant.
In this role, you will manage the workflow for vendor teams in creating, testing, and monitoring scripts. You'll manage the daily program while also dedicating significant efforts to optimizing work through process improvements, vendor strategies, product feedback, and tool recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage resourcing and capacity allocation of the vendor team and align with needs defined by product teams. Resolve conflicts of concurrent projects and consolidate requests.
- Define and assess performance metrics on a vertical by vertical basis, manage expectations on scripting/testing velocity, and craft SLAs.
- Support the Product Management/Engineering team to incubate new ideas and experiments and staff with the right resources to get prototypes built quickly. Measure effects of new launches and translate into SLAs.
- Manage program budget, monitoring operational expenditures across all verticals. Provide a detailed overview of burndowns for each vertical.
- Evaluate the best way to build and maintain a large number of verticals without needing to grow the vendor team proportionally. Drive efficiency, support building an efficient and sustainable toolset, and actively implement process improvements.
