Description du poste **Votre mission**: Pour renforcer l’équipe **Synechron Suisse**, nous recherchons un/une **Project Manager & Business Analyste** expert(e) en** Migration de données (Core banking System) et ETL**. La mission est pour l’un de nos clients, une banque privée genevoise en pleine mutation. **Vos responsabilités**: - Vous jouerez le rôle de **Team leader de l’équipe Migration** **(Business Analysts & Developers ETL)**; - Vous serez en charge de **Reporting sur le Planning, les Achievements, Next steps, KPI, Risks**; - Vous aurez pour mission de définir des **spécifications de mapping fonctionnel **et technique de scripts de migration et **réconciliation pour des outils CBS/PMS**; - Vous participerez à la stratégie de** Migration et de Cutover **(dont Runbook); - Vous contribuerez à la **réalisation de scripts techniques de Migration** **(SQL / TALEND**); - Vous collaborerez avec les Business Analyst et Subject Matter Experts des autres streams du programme; - Vous travaillerez en mode "agile" dans une équipe " projets ". **Qualifications**: **Votre profil et compétences**: - Vous justifiez au minimum de 5 années d’expérience en qualité de **Project Manager & Business Analyste sur des projets de migration de données de Core banking System (par exemple Temenos/Transact)**; - Vous connaissez **le domaine bancaire** et **les métiers fonctionnels** d’une banque; - Vous êtes **titulaire d’un diplôme d'**ingénierie** et vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans les outils informatiques et vous maîtrisez l’utilisation d’**ETL (TALEND), SQL, Excel,**.. - Vous êtes **proactif/ve, responsable**, et aimez relever des défis et les challenges; - Vous êtes doté d’une grande** aisance communicationnelle;**: - Vous aimez travaillez en équipe et vous avez des facilités relationnelles; - Vous maitrisez parfaitement** le français et l'anglais**; - Vous résidez **en Suisse**.
