Business Manager

Being a Business Manager means working on two fronts to ensure the best experience for clients and consultants. You will have the opportunity to identify a team of qualified consultants for our clients' projects, guaranteeing the satisfaction of both.

What we are looking for:
- \t\tDegree in Information Systems, Economics, Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing or similar areas;
- \t\tProfessional experience of 1 or 2 years ideally;
- \t Professional experience in IT previously or an interest for the engineer / IT industry is preferable
- \t\tObjective orientation;
- \t\tAnalytical mindset;
- \t\tPriority management;
- \t\tExcellent interpersonal relationship;
- \t\tGood communication;
- \t\tAbility to work under pressure;
- \t\tFocus on problem solving;
- \t\tGood knowledge of the English language.
Main responsibilities:
- \t\tDefinition of a commercial strategy for your business unit;
- \t\tMarket prospecting, scheduling meetings and attracting new opportunities and customers;
- \t\tPreparation of commercial proposals and management of customer portfolio;
- \t\tDevelopment and coordination of recruitment and selection processes for new employees;
- \t\tManagement and monitoring of the team of consultants;
- \t\tKnow how to value and monitor the experience of employees, and manage their professional career;
