**Your internship at CSL Behring**:
As an Intern you will become part of the European Research External Innovation (REI) team and will have the opportunity to learn about CSL’s focus areas, pipeline and research activities. You will provide key support to the identification, management and follow up of CSL external research collaborations in Europe with academic entrepreneurs and start-up leaders and participate in a broad range of activities as an integral member of the European team.

The internship enables you to familiarize yourself with our databases and tools for collaboration management and to gain insights into network building and project support. You will also learn about the CSL collaborative approach and research culture.

**The role & your responsibilities**:

- Support the identification of opportunities for scientific collaborations in areas of interest to CSL
- Support coordination of multi-faceted projects in a matrix environment together with functional teams and other CSL colleagues involved in the projects assigned
- Be part of the team that contributes to the planning, implementation and follow up of research collaborative projects led by the REI team
- Consolidate and structure key information/data supporting research collaboration projects
- Support the testing and implementation of improved operational processes
- Participate in scientific reviews and bibliography updates in the core areas of interest for early stage partnering to CSL
- Perform other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, or enrolled in a university toward such a degree
- Pro-active, motivated, team player
- Interest in innovation, biotherapeutics, and scientific research
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; knowledge of database programs is a plus
- Enjoy working on documentation and with data
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written), proficiency in German or French is an additional asset
