**Scientist Translational Research - 5588 LBD**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support biomarker strategy development & biomarker discovery at the protein and mRNA level. Representing Translational Research (TR) group globally with regard to projects
- Support preparation of publications/technical documents for marketing, regulatory and partnering activities with focus on translational and safety aspects
- Collaboration with different sites and external partners
- Communication of Translational Research activities within Research Bern/Switzerland to senior management
**Requirements**:
- **_Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;_**:
- PhD or equivalent in Hematology or Immunology
- Solid past experience (2 to 5 years) in the field of Hematology, translational research, cellular/molecular biology or immunology
- Good knowledge of Assay development and laboratory techniques including ELISA, flow cytometry, multiplex platforms, RNA sequencing as well as data handling
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge in German, fluent in English
