- Are you an experienced initiative manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex initiatives? - We’re looking for an Initiative Manager to:
- manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
- demonstrating governance by ensuring that:

- workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed
- OKRs / KPIs are agreed, measured and tracked
- deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced
- risks are addressed and status measured
- deliveries are successful- developing and maintaining relationships with delivery partners including leaders in the Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and control functions
- understanding the strategic and non-strategic aspects and the general nature of change and the impact of change on the Asset Management Division, the UBS Group and its ecosystem

- You will be working in the Transformation and Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management’s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects, business transformation projects and regulatory change.

**Your expertise**
- ideally at least 10 years initiative management program management experience leading strategic or large and complex transformational change, with experience in Asset Management
- extensive experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities.
- excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to succinctly convey information to senior management and other stakeholders
- good understanding of operational processes within the financial services industry
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
