**Operational Contract Manager**:
The Operational Contract Manager is responsible for contract management and related projects within shared organization including all reporting requirements.
- Own governance process for contract management
- Support internal and external audits
- Lead or contribute negotiation with internal and external customers in close collaboration with legal and purchasing
- Efficient contract management

***Specific major accountabilities**:

- Customers (outbound) relation & Contract Management
- Overview of customer contracts and relevant terms
- Establish and maintain contracts
- Issue Management and escalation

***Service providers (inbound)**:

- Overview of service provider contracts and relevant terms
- Establish and maintain contracts
- Issue Management and escalation
- Implements efficient contract management in all relevant locations / where applicable; including contracts with InfraPark Baselland in Schweizerhalle

**General**:

- Supports process harmonization and flexibility across Rhine Valley to enable efficient work
- Drives Innovation and supports all related initiatives
- Supports the sustainability program for contract related topics of all NTO operations in close collaboration with HSE
- Balances priorities between various customers, drives assigned initiatives and projects also outside the own area of responsibility
