**Global Contract Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Contract Manager to oversee our companys contracts and manage the related process across multiple regions and jurisdictions. The Global Contract Manager will be responsible for identifying global contract opportunities and synergies, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating risks, and optimizing contract performance to deliver the most out of strategical partnership across our supplier network. This role requires exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of international contract law and business practices.

Description/Tasks:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global contract management strategy to ensure consistency and compliance across all contracts.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor contract performance and enforce contractual rights and obligations, including timely resolution of disputes or breaches.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of existing contracts to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Stay up to date with changes in international contract law and regulations, and proactively adapt contract templates and processes accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster productive and collaborative working partnerships worldwide.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and other departments on contract-related matters, ensuring a clear understanding of contractual obligations and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and automation tools where appropriate.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting contract performance, risks, and recommendations for improvement

Qualification/Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a strong plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on international contracts
- In-depth knowledge of international contract law, including a strong understanding of legal terms, conditions, and clauses commonly used in global contracts
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts with multinational organizations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to contract review and risk assessment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Familiarity with contract management software and other relevant tools is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally, as needed
