Program Manager - Change Initiatives
In this exciting role, you will be accountable for defining the overall program strategy and structure for change initiatives.
**Your Qualifications**:
- **10+ years of experience in delivering complex, global change initiatives in the financial industry**:
- **Experience in change and dependency management**:
- **Equally proficient in Waterfall and Agile**:
- **Know-how in the area Operations and Technology**:
- Experience in Operations transformation, especially Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions, Income, and Redemption) is a big plus
- **Fluent in English**, German is a plus
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Defining overall program strategy and structure, delivery approach/roadmap, and program management/PMO processes
- Accountable for organizing/resourcing/controlling and planning/scheduling/measuring program effort
- Directing workstream leads, providing the integrated view of the program streams, understanding the priorities and impact of dependencies
- Responsibility for managing program scope, deliverables, quality, time, cost, budget as well as issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Defining the business case, aligning to the business strategy, securing the required funding, and managing the financials on an ongoing basis, representing the program to the STC and sponsors
- Defining and adhering to the required governance structure
- Proactively managing stakeholders’ expectations and engagement in the program
- Escalating key issues and risks to Accountable Executives and Sponsors
