Minimum qualifications:

- Experience with program design and implementation.
- Experience working within the Recruiting landscape.
- Experience working with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in program management including designing, developing and executing of initiatives from beginning to end, creating goals and metrics to track progress, and clearly outlining expected outcomes for success.
- Experience independently managing multiple, complex projects and priorities simultaneously across teams.
- Ability to use data to form strategy, measure effectiveness, and drive results.
- Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Talent Programs' objective is to deliver innovative and creative large-scale programs to help build a representative Google and develop talent. We create programs that deliver the right talent at the right time to our recruiting teams by closely partnering with the Recruiting Organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own talent development programs to build Google’s short
- Partner with Talent Engagement teams and other relevant stakeholders to effectively plan and manage talent flow to meet Google’s short
- and long-term talent needs.
- Identify opportunities to drive equity in hiring, build strategic plans, and increase opportunities for access to Google.
- Take a data-driven approach to develop comprehensive program strategies that build appropriate pipelines of talent.
