YOUR ROLE

As an Agile Program Manager Consultant, you will partner with the client's leadership team to drive the successful delivery of strategic programs within the Life Sciences domain. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will implement Agile practices at scale, coach client teams, and ensure alignment between business objectives and program execution. 

Assess client's current delivery model and recommend Agile transformation strategies;

Advise on best practices for scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) within regulated environments;

Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives;

Facilitate program-level ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives);

Act as a liaison between client executives, business units, and delivery teams, provide clear, actionable reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.

YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, or related field;

8+ years in program/project management, with at least 3 years in Agile environments, prior consulting experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors;

Strong facilitation and coaching skills;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
