- Do you have a proven track record in client relationship management? Are you ready to play an active role in the servicing of financial intermediaries (FIM)? We are looking for a new colleague who can help us to:
- establish long-term relationships with our middle east based financial intermediaries, multifamily offices, banks and brokers.
- be responsible for the maintenance and further development of our client base and the acquisition of new customers
- provide service excellence to meet our clients’ complex needs, objectives and expectations
- achieve high growth in a dynamic market environment
- comply with regulatory developments, policies/standards and contributing to an effective risk culture within our team
- offer solutions on a daily basis to our financial intermediaries, multifamily offices, banks and brokers.
- handle daily customer inquiries, drive pricing negotiations.

- You will be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries (GFIM) EMEA 1 Desk in Zurich and will be responsible for our existing book of External Asset Managers, Multifamily Offices, Banks and Brokers based in the Middle East. **Your expertise**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance/business administration or equivalent education
- several years of experience in a similar role as a relationship manager or business developer
- sound banking expertise and good knowledge of capital markets
- ability to make new contacts, build long-term customer relationships and convince and inspire people
- commitment, a positive mindset and the ability to work in a team is essential to you
- strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- fluent in English (spoken and written)
- good knowledge of Arabic/German is a plus
