- Do you have experience in the external asset management segment? At UBS we have a ring-fenced unit, catering to financial intermediaries. - As a Client Advisor in the FIM world, your clients are multi-family offices, asset managers, banks, and brokers. Your role is to manage the daily needs of these relationships, resolve risk mandates related to the book, and ensure a top client experience (in coordination with your assistant). This is an extremely dynamic, fast paced team, and we look for individuals who have a proven track record of operational excellence, agility, and relationship management. To be successful you must be very structured and maintain a high level of knowledge across key wealth management workflows. - Main Responsibilities:
- point of entry for client requests and general enquiries of any kind
- responsible for process excellence and overseeing the execution of your clients’ instructions in accordance with all the relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- manage in coordination with your assistant, all daily business related to FIMs and their clients, including overseeing end to end client on-boarding process, timely execution of transactions and payments, and assisting in ad hoc queries
- regular interaction with FIM to discuss day-to-day business relevant topics, on-boarding of additional FIM representatives, and guided education session across the bank’s tools, offerings and capabilities
- bear full responsibility for risk management of the book including managing risk mandates, repapering, and eventual audit related requests
- support team in fulfillment of KPIs

- You will work in the Global Financial Intermediaries (GFIM) Desk International EMEA 1, servicing Financial Intermediaries in the Middle East and Emerging Markets region. Your book will focus primarily on Israel and Cyprus based asset managers and multi family offices. Our growth strategy hinges on selectively on-boarding entities with a proven business model and deepening existing relationships. Operational excellence is a key lever for share of wallet growth and is the essential way you will contribute to this team. **Your expertise**
- experience working in a client facing role in the intermediary segment for a tier one institution is strongly preferred
- proven track record of service excellence and ability to manage high work volumes in a structured manner
- sound banking expertise and good knowledge of capital markets
- proven ability to make new contacts and build long-term client relationships
- capacity to absorb many complex process flows and work quickly in an error free manner
- strong communication skills in English is a must, other languages are beneficial (Hebrew, Greek)
