Key Responsibilities:
Lonza´s GBSO organization consists of about 330 employees, with shared service centers in Manchester(UK) and San Jose (Costa Rica). This newly created role will be a direct report to the Global Head of GBSO, building up further capabilities for Lonza. This role will have a strong emphasis on global cross-functional and cross-divisional working across the Business and IT.
The main focus of this role will be to build up the SAP access management role concept capabilities for Lonza, together with external consultants and our IT organization.
Additionally the new leader will hold line management responsibility with a total team of about 30 for the head of Master Data and the newly created position of Head GBSO Applications in order to evolve those areas further, driving harmonization and standardization for better efficiency and effectiveness.
The SAP Access Management project has the following main areas:
- Build a global business-led SAP Access Management Target Operating Model for End to End governance across the business, incl. strategy, vision and governance (job role concept / Role Based Access Control).
- Recruit and train Centre of Excellence staff on the new SAP Access Management processes.
- Design, document and agree updated processes (using existing SAP GRC system) that will address identified pain points
- Update policy and processes for access management, based on the job role concept / Role Based Access Control.
- Communicate, engage with and train CoE and Role Owners on new / updated processes.
- Once stablished, transition to “Business as Usual”, leading the day to day management of the Centre of excellence.
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience in Software Access Management principles and processes e.g. Role based access management Segregation of Duty controls.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC is preferable (but not essential).
- The incumbent requires a profile of high capabilities of business partnering, strategic thinking, project management, change management, besides the required IT background, including experience with SAP (ECC / S/4HANA).
- Entrepreneurial, in nature, helping build the team from the offset.
- Team Leader. Enjoys working with people.
- Strong stakeholder and engagement and business acumen, ability to work across functions.
- Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into business benefits.
- Excellent learning agility and speed. Constantly challenging status quo to improve processes.
- Engage with others to embrace change and ambiguity.
- Fluency in English is required.
