**Ihre Rolle**:
Als Head Global Payments übernehmen Sie in dieser Schlüsselrolle die Leitung der Abteilung Zahlungsverkehr und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen sicheren und effizienten Ablauf sämtlicher nationaler und internationaler Zahlungen. Sie behalten regulatorische Vorgaben im Blick, optimieren Prozesse und bringen Ihr Fachwissen aktiv in strategische Projekte ein. Damit tragen Sie essentiell zur Reputation und zum Erfolg unserer Banken-Gruppe bei.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts; Gewährleistung einer effizienten, genauen und pünktlichen Abwicklung sämtlicher Zahlungen sowie Verantwortung für das Korrespondenten-Netzwerk der Bank
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Richtlinien sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Legal und Compliance
- Identifizierung und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Analysieren und Minimieren von Risiken im Zahlungsverkehr, einschliesslich der Betrugsprävention und -erkennung
- Lösung komplexer Probleme und Beantwortung von Anfragen aus der Schweiz sowie von den internationalen Standorten
- Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels für interne und externe Kunden
- Federführend in Projekten im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr

**Ihr Profil**:

- 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Schweizer und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr
- Hands-on Mentalität, hohe Sozialkompetenz, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Problemlösefähigkeiten, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit
- Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen (Legal, Compliance, CRM)
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Mitarbeit von Projekten
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Swift, SIC, SEPA, Target2; Kenntnisse im Core Banken System Avaloq sind von Vorteil
- Sie verständigen sich fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
