The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. It is our mission to drive organization-wide growth and impact for the 1.2B consumers & healthcare professionals who use our products and services. The Intelligent Automation Lead will be a value-added leader within the DTO as well as an integral part of digital solution and agile project teams. This individual will lead solution design, technology assessment, build and delivery of intelligent automation solutions aligned to the strategy established using process excellence, Robotic Process Automation, BPM and Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring that the optimal solutions and technologies are leveraged to generate the greatest return on investment within the overall digital portfolio.
**In this role you will**:
- Shape and drive overall Consumer Health Digital Transformation to accelerate business outcomes and propel growth
- Develop an Intelligent Automation strategy and drive IA and Process Mining platform technology investments
- Deeply understand business strategies and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver a stable and scalable IA platform that is fit for purpose
- Support business project delivery including the development and scaling of services to support the organization's growing analytics and intelligent automation demand
- Continuously improve the Automation Development Life Cycle and Governance Model
**You will also**:
- Establish and measure KPIs to ensure the successful delivery of IA solutions
- Manage end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various functions and domains
- Develop automation business cases and ensure that benefits are defined and realized in line with defined automation business cases
- Be accountable to step-change the digital maturity and efficiency of our digital solution delivery around the globe, enabling the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Create and espouse a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain, Finance, IT or other relevant functional experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams that deliver IA solutions
- Experience overseeing the full technology life cycle, including operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing and production release
- Experience implementing IA projects using market-leading tools in the suite of automation capabilities, including robotics, workflow management, OCR, virtual agents, natural language processing, machine learning and emerging technologies
- Thought leadership with an agile mindset experienced in shaping solutions, with excellent communication, partnership, and influencing skills
**Preferred**:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree and/or PhD in relevant field; Specialization in data science, data engineering or advanced analytics fields
- Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, Supply Chain, Strategy Consulting, and/or digital
- Experience leading digital transformation and driving capability maturity across enterprises
- Experience setting up, managing, or operating an automation Center of Excellence
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack
- Experience with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR)
- Strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, and digital acumen
