At a Glance:
As the Internal Events Lead, you successfully create internal events that leave a memorable experience for our team members. This includes twice a year the Global Sales Meeting, Global Town Halls, our Global Culture & Strategy Meeting, annual assembly and much more.

Your Team:
As you might expect from a running brand with an emphasis on design and performance, it is a fast-paced place to be. You lead a team of ambitious and professional event specialists who constantly deliver the WOW to their colleagues.

Your Mission:

- Enthusiastic professional with a can-do attitude leading internal events locally and globally
- Building and consolidating synergies and cooperating with multiple functions, departments and stakeholders internationally
- Hands-on involvement to bring events to life - from concept to planning to execution and evaluation
- Plan, control and monitor budgets for internal events globally
- Securing venues, planning and managing our events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors
- Lead the development of communication plans pre, during and post events
- Improve our organisation's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality
- Manage and maintain event materials

Your Story:

- You have 5+ years of proven experience as an events manager/project manager and a proven track record of leading small and large-scale events as well as leading a team
- You dispose of excellent organisational and leadership skills with great attention to detail and think cross-functionally to make holistic decisions for the organisation
- You are an outstanding communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You embody an entrepreneurial spirit and are proactive with a can-do attitude
- You have demonstrated experience working independently and are able to manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical time
- and deadlines
- Fluent in German and English
