At a Glance:
This role is a unique opportunity to lead Events in EMEA - from concept and planning stages, through to execution. You will deliver memorable brand experiences that connect with communities, helping shape the future of run culture across our key cities. Your focus will be to bring our brand mission to life through event experiences - igniting the human spirit through movement. You will work seamlessly in a matrix structure, part of the Regional Marketing team whilst partnering closely with both EMEA and Global Brand Experience and Community Marketing teams.

Your Mission:
- Collaborate with the Global, Regional, Marketing and Tech Rep teams to develop and deliver memorable event experiences.
- Take the lead for the EMEA events strategy and delivery - working cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to elevate the On branded consumer experience.
- End to end project management of regional events / brand moments - owning the plan from concept through to production and analysis.
- Engage the consumer - creating a deep affinity with our core communities and understanding how we serve them.
- Build synergies and efficiency of event programs - creating scalable formats with structure and processes.
Your Story:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the events space, with 3 years at Events Lead level
- You have a close affinity with our core communities, with an understanding of their needs and motives. Knowing who they are, where and how they move, and who with.
- You have a proven track record developing and executing experiential and live event experiences, alongside a strong understanding of brand and experiential marketing
- You have excellent project management skills, you can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter.
- You are a true team player, understanding the importance of collaboration and compromise.
- You are an excellent communicator, with fluency in English
