**About the role**:
In this position you will temporarily cover for a colleague on maternity leave for six months, assuming the responsibilities of a Marketing and Events Coordinator.
This role suits a professional who is looking to start or move into a career within the events and marketing industry and who is looking to learn from marketing senior colleagues while taking the lead on the organization of the trade shows activities, as described below. By working together with the Marketing Manager and our global Sales teams, you will have the opportunity to organize and coordinate the presence of the company at leading industry events.
**Responsibilities**:
- End to end trade shows attendance management (planning, booking, booth setup, marketing material, coordination with external suppliers etc.)
- Collaborate with Distran's marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including web, print, and social media
- Assist Distran's sales team in various marketing-related tasks, including the preparation of presentations, CRM management
- Take over different administrative task
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Preferably experience of at least 1 year of trade shows organizations or general admin experience of at least 2 years
- Knowledge on how content production at B2B tech companies works is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Enthusiasm for marketing and event coordination
