**This job is mostly about hands-on organization and logistics. It requires travel and an ability to get things done on a short notice when needed.**

**What do you need to succeed in this role?**:
Your **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Create and run high-quality events for decision makers and production experts across manufacturing industries. For example conferences, round tables, webinars, or our presence at industry fairs.
- Support EthonAI leadership in picking and defining the best types, formats, and locations of these events, with the goal of building a community, establishing thought leadership, and strengthening our brand.
- Perform, coordinate, and lead the work required to make each event a great success, and for us to continuously improve the quality and impact of our events..

Your **Experience & Skills**
- Hands-on experience creating, organizing, and running events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in written and oral English, with different audiences.
