Liiva is looking for a qualified **Demand Generation Manager** to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for Liiva.

The Demand Generation Manager will be a key member of our Marketing team, responsible for driving growth. This strategic role requires an individual with strong project management skills who can work cross-functionally and determine how to best reach, educate, nurture and drive action with our target buyer persona.

**Overview**
- Where_: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a possibility- How much_: the expected salary range is 85,000 - 110,000 CHF (exceptions are made to allow for the best overall/skills fit)

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy and plan across multiple inbound and outbound channels to drive MQLs
- Understand the importance of tightly integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns
- Assist in all phases of the digital media planning and asset creation process, including strategy development, agency briefing, creative development, analysis/optimization, and assurance of delivery to campaign goals
- Own metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results
- Closely monitor campaigns and their effectiveness and use your strong analytical skills to understand the pipeline impact of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization, long-tail strategies, and future performance improvements
- Partner with sales on customer acquisition strategy to deliver on marketing-influenced revenue targets
- Get regional customer insights and use these to optimize the customer journey to maximize ROI
- Enhance and optimize the marketing tech stack to have a 360 view on ROI

**Requirements**:

- Must haves_
- Experience in software/SaaS marketing with some work focused on digital demand generation
- A track record of success in developing and growing pipelines through innovative campaigns and programs
- Knowledge of multi-stage demand gen funnels and related technologies
- Experience partnering with sales teams to find effective and efficient ways to drive pipeline growth
- Deep interest in the data underlying the funnel and the ability to nerd out on the data so we can do things like (1) track cost of customer acquisition (CAC) at the marketing campaign level, and (2) produce action-oriented, data-driven reporting
- Project management skills and a hands-on approach with a focus on campaign development and execution
- The ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions
- German and English fluency are musts, with French as a plus
- Swiss or EU citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit
- Nice-to-haves_
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS) & design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma)
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or a relevant field
