Demand Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights and incorporate market intelligence into demand planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales patterns, and customer demand to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with production schedules, inventory targets, and sales objectives.
- Utilize demand planning software and tools to support forecasting activities, analyze data, and generate accurate forecasts.
- Continuously review and improve demand planning processes and methodologies to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with external partners including suppliers and distributors to gather relevant data and insights to support demand forecasting activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to anticipate changes in demand and adjust forecasting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in German and English
