**Your responsibilities**:

- Assures implementation and adoption of ABB and Business Area policies, standards, external and internal regulations, compliancy to ABB Code of conduct at all times
- Collaborate with Executive Sponsor, BA/Division Senior Management and PA IS Leadership in defining the vision, strategy and priorities for the Low Code Platform
- Implement a competitive and scalable Application Development Service for new business demands towards the Low Code Platform, leveraging and developing strong partnership with external strategic partners and internal relevant functions
- Manage Partner relations and (when relevant) internal team resources priorities and talent development
- Facilitate PA Governance and Steering committee meetings
- Documents and maintains the relevant processes and procedures
- Promotes the Low Code Platform to business and IS communities

**Your background**:

- Proven influencing, communication, and networking skills in a complex, international organization, able to communicate in English with stakeholders on all levels, from senior management, middle management to SMEs
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or other Low code platforms
- Willingness to take trainings and certifications on the Low code Platform
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar streams
- Relevant IT experience of 5-10 years
- Prior experience in working effectively with remote teams including cross Business/Regions and Corporate preferred
- Highly proactive and result-driven attitude that inspire to success
- Strong collaborator and facilitator
