Le rôle: Project Manager Compliance (F/H)

Responsabilités:

- Etre en charge de la réussite des projets sous responsabilités
- Evaluation et suivi des risques, des enjeux et proposition d’action de mitigation
- Réalisation et suivi du planning
- Organisation du projet
- Coordination et contrôle des sous-traitants liées au(x) projet(s)
- Suivi et reporting régulier destiné aux sponsors et aux responsables du programme
- Organisation et suivi des équipes de développement, d’intégrateurs, d’analystes métiers et d’architectes dans le cadre des projets sous responsabilités
- Communication et échange avec l’état-major (PMO) sur les indicateurs de suivi de projet (KPI) pour optimiser les processus de gestion de projet

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Formation universitaire ou HES en informatique
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets
- Expérience sur des projets règlementaires (FINMA, CSSF,)
- Expérience du milieu bancaire et particulièrement de la gestion de fortune
- Parfaites connaissances écrites et orales du français et de l'anglais ; l’allemand est un atout
- Rigoureux, Proactif, dynamique et autonome
- Excellent relationnel et capacité à communiquer
- Esprit de synthèse et pragmatique, doté-e d’une bonne compréhension des enjeux technologiques et commerciaux
- Connait les problématiques de gestion du client et de son cycle de vie dans les outils de CRM
- Connait les problématiques liés au sanctions screening, PEP Matching, KYC Risk Scoring, AML Monitoring, Fraud mitigation
- Connait les problématiques de crossboarder
