**Head People & Culture 60% - 80% (f/m)**

In this role you will be responsible for all human resource-related matters for the company, including supporting the positive company culture, recruiting, training and developing the team and ensuring that every team member is inspired to perform at his/her best.

**Your daily duties**:
Partner with the CEO and other senior executives to scale the business and develop cohesive strategies to drive business outcomes with a people-first culture

Drive a positive employee experience, from initial recruiting to on-going development and engagement

Take full responsibility for all recruitment matters, such as advertising roles, social media recruitment, conducting interviews etc.

Own the implementation of HR programs and processes

Advise and administer HR policies, protocols and information systems while proactively documenting and maintaining compliance with Swiss Labour Law regulations

Support payroll, benefits and compensation activities

Support end-of-year process, including compensation planning, talent calibration, performance reviews and assist with respective reporting and data collection

**Your qualifications**:
You are a positive people person who is excited to build a nurturing coprorate culture and inspiring teams

You have 6+ years of relevant HR experience gained in Switzerland

You have start-up experience and have built HR systems, processes and programs from inception

You have a deep understanding of lifecycle recruiting and are able to find the most skilled people in the market

You are fluent in English and you know how to build relationships by communicating clearly and in a customer-oriented way

You have the ability to work independently and effectively plan and set priorities for yourself
