**Your role**
- Are you interested in making banks more resolvable in the event of a financial crisis? Do you want to play a role in shaping UBS's Recovery and Resolution Planning strategy? Are you interested to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and experts in the business, control and support functions?
- We are looking for someone like you to support the ongoing development and production of the Recovery and Resolution Planning documentation to be submitted to the Swiss regulator FINMA, the Swiss National Bank as well as the key UK, US and APAC regulators and central banks.
- In this position you will- support the further development and regular update of the comprehensive plan documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- build and manage effective stakeholder relationships with regards to the regular and timely update of the plan documents; this includes establishing roadmaps, tracking of milestones and addressing key risks and issues.
- help in further developing checklists and playbook activities laying out the key aspects and steps required in a crisis.
- assist to respond to special requests from FINMA / SNB as well as senior management including preparation of presentations and briefing documents.
- collaborate within RRP function with Global and local RRP teams, as well as interact with key business stakeholders which provide input into RRP documentation

**Your team**
- You will be working in the central Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) team in Zurich. The RRP organization ensures a coordinated approach to the Group's recovery and resolution planning requirements, including preparation for Crisis Management Group meetings and of credible recovery and resolution planning documentation. RRP staff members are the recovery and resolution content experts who manage the overall resolution planning activities, meet with regulatory bodies, respond to requested comments on regulatory proposals and engage directly with internal stakeholders and committees.

**Your expertise**
- a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in banking / financial services industry, ideally in Finance / Treasury, Risk or Operations areas, or equivalent experience in audit / consulting
- an analytical and conceptual mindset with the ability to bring complex concepts across in a simple way (verbally and visually)
- strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - adapting your communication style to the target audience
- ability to balance content expertise with strong project management skills
- can-do attitude, organized and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure
- excellent written and spoken English
