**Position Summary**

As a **Financial Advisor**reporting directly to the Head of Group Strategy and Business Development you will form an integral part of Nestlé’s global M&A team taking on a key role in driving Nestlé’s external growth agenda.

**A Day in the Life of a Financial Advisor**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of an acquisition or divestiture process from start to finish
- Lead negotiations with counterparties as well as due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets
- Provide support in coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses and the carve-out of divested businesses
- Collaborate with other members of the Acquisitions and Business Development team and support functions to ensure successful project delivery and critical knowledge sharing

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or similar is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking or private equity
- Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluency in English
